Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Profitly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Service Description

Profitly is a mobile application designed for resellers to track inventory, record sales, and monitor profit and loss. The App provides tools for managing your reselling business, including inventory management, sales tracking, and financial reporting.

Accounts

To use Profitly, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Profitly offers two tiers of service:

• Free tier: Provides access to core features with a limit of 10 active inventory items.
• Profitly Pro: A paid subscription that provides unlimited items and access to all premium features.

Profitly Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all data, photos, and content you enter into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not sell, share, or use your User Content for any other purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious content

Disclaimer

Profitly is a tracking and organizational tool. The App does not provide financial, tax, or business advice. Any profit and loss calculations, reports, or summaries generated by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice. You are solely responsible for your business and financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profitly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's account settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
